Using Schedule Coordinate

Schedule Coordinate is a workforce coordination and compliance platform provided by Schedule Coordinate LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or accepting a shared document you agree to use the service in good faith and comply with applicable laws.

Third-party document sharing

When you receive a document via a Schedule Coordinate share link:

• The sender is responsible for the accuracy of the email address they used to share the document with you and for the contents of the shared document.
• The access code protecting the document is delivered to you by the sender through a separate channel (text, phone, etc.). We do not include the code in the invite email itself.
• If you did not expect this document, decline access using the “remove me” link on the invite page or the invite email.
• You agree not to distribute, resell, or otherwise redirect the document without permission from the sender.

Sender responsibilities

If you add a third-party recipient to a document, you confirm you have verified their email address and that you are authorized to share the document with the person at that address. Schedule Coordinate is not liable for consequences of mis-delivery caused by a sender-supplied incorrect email address.

Data + audit

We log access events (view, download, code attempts) on shared documents. Senders can view this history for documents they own. Full data-processing terms will be published alongside the definitive Terms of Use.
